“drive thru employees need to be retrained and/or replaced! not all, but there are quite a few with attitudes. terrible customer service coupled with attitude at this location seems to be the norm on evening shift! why do I almost always have to argue for an extra sauce when i order chicken nuggets? tonight god forbid I asked for 1 extra for each 10 piece order (2 orders) and got the we can only give 1 extra sauce speech! when I told her, yes, I'm aware of the policy, but there are two 10 piece orders I'm met with a deer in the headlights look then she proceeded to ask another lady who cops an attitude and throws the extras in the bag then proceeds to smirk after i tell her she needs an attitude adjustment! not only don't they know their own policy but insist on arguing over it and giving attitude as well!“
