“Went to this McDonald's today and got two big Mac's , Sprite and a vanilla sundae through the drive thru and everyone was very friendly and professional to say the least. They also brought the order out to us very quickly. Id give TEN STARS if I could. Great place.“

“Got an iced breve (half and half) latte with butter for the hubs and me, and a raspberry smoothie for our 5 year old. Both SO good.....miles above an average offering of either. We're traveling to Lousiville, KY from Richmond, VA and stayed in Charleston, WV last night. I'm very thankful we found this place for refreshments. We may be back after Virginia Point Park for lunch before we continue, but, unfortunately, probably not because it's back East. If we lived here, I would be here a LOT! Also, it's a food hall space, so there are other vendors from which to choose which is great for variety when you have different palates to take into consideration.“

I like coffee and books but this place, the books in particular, was a little too liberal you might say for my taste. Still though, I wouldn't be opposed to return. Good selection of seating. “So glad I found this place! I’m visiting for a couple weeks and brought my espresso equipment with me (don’t judge me) and was in desperate need for freshly roasted beans. The Guatemala Antigua beans are the best medium beans I’ve had yet. Love the atmosphere, prices, and quality. Will be buying more bags to go home with. Very friendly owner who you can tell is proud of his craft.“

The organic foundation of the atmosphere was not without highlights of whimsical nuances artfully present. The staff was friendly and helpful with my menu choices. There are more than one dairy alternatives and the flavors of syrups are too numerous to name. The room was not full at 4pm, but easily could accommodate more than one table of friends or work associates gathering to meet socially or with purpose. I saw one handicap spot marked off, but the parking lot looked accommodating for all types. There's a drive thru window too.“

“I love this place, the baristas and the coffee are amazing. The iced coffee isn't strong enough at most places so they introduced me to the Americano.I wanted a flavor not on the menu and it was ordered too.10 stars. I go every day possible.“

“The drinks taste wonderful and there is a great variety to choose from. I’ve tried 3 beauty teas and 2 shakes, each one sugar-free and delish. I’ve also tried the protein balls, tasty as well. Would definitely recommend. Also, I was blessed with a cute holiday cozy for my drink cup.“

“First time coming here there food was amazing love there cream cheese bagels they have three different flavors of cream cheese. Also got a ham and cheese sandwich Very good they served it on ciabatta bread. The restaurant was very clean had a wonderful atmosphere. Had great service The workers was very polite My dad also got coffee and said it was the best he had ever tasted.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicap parking.“

“Honestly, we stopped in this place because of the name. We love anything pirate related! They were pretty busy both in the drive-thru and inside. The service was great though! We had never been here and we were taking longer than we probably should, but there were so many options to choose from that we couldn't make up our minds. A line had already formed behind us, but the lady waiting on us was very patient with us and didn't make us feel rushed. Unfortunately, the counter area was closed so we couldn't eat inside. They had a little covered patio outside that we sat at, but it was a little chilly so we didn't stay long. The donuts were amazing! I loved that they weren't super sweet and sugary like most donuts. They had great flavor and tasted fresh. The custard filled ones had the perfect ratio of custard to donut. We ended up getting a dozen so we could try a variety (and because they came in a treasure chest looking box) I couldn't even pick a favorite, I loved them all! Coffee was delicious too! Wish we had a place like this back home! Will definitely stop in if we are ever in Ashland again!“
