“From the moment we walked in the door, we felt so welcome it was like walking into a good friend’s kitchen, complete with the local characters. The staff was sweet and attentive, our waitress was so warm and welcoming it felt as if she’d known us forever. The food was fabulous and filling, classic comfort food that tasted homemade with love! This is definitely a local hometown place but even though we were out of towners it felt as if we were part of the community too. I hope that next time we are passing through we can stop here again!“

“The very first time I walked in the bakery and takeaway shop I knew I found a place that we will stick to as long as we live in Clarksville. The entire family and the staff provide outstanding customer service and more. Nicholas and Virginia always take the time to engage with their customers via social media or in person and they make their customers wants and needs their priority. They are good hard working people and make you feel like family. The weekly thoughtful recipes for takeaway are crafted with love and care. Clarksville and Pleasantview are lucky to have them in the area. The food never disappoints.“

“We stopped at Old Glory Distilling Co as part of the State Line Whiskey Tour and had a great time. Our tour guide Steve was very knowledgeable of the product and production of the bourbon. The cashier was friendly and also named Steve. After the tour and tasting we had dinner and had the pleasure of being served by Katie and Patrick at the bar. I would recommend all of the appetizers.“

“This had to be one of the largest Logan’s we have ever been too. Had two huge rooms for parties. The only down fall was it took forever to get our food. It was very good but it was a Monday and it took over 30 minutes to get it and there were only five tables in the whole restaurant.“

“Service was amazing! Ebony was my server! The best I've had in a long time! 😊 I ordered the Southwest Shrimp Bowl and Sailor's Seafood Boil To Go!! The bowl was good, the boil needed a little more flavor which was added later. I can't say I'd recommend or get the boil again but definitely would get the shrimp bowl again. I'd return in the future to try other menu items.“

“The table was sticky, the server didn't take our menus or plates. They charged us for add ONS that they didn't give. They didn't let us look over the receipt. Everything was either bland or over salted. The Mac and cheese is a bowl of noodles with milk. Never again They also gave both of us food poisoning. I've been here 5 times. I have never had a good experience. My husband will eat anything and even he refused to eat the food. And that's saying something. The waitress was rude and impatient. They're wasn't very many people there. Who cares if my husband took one extra bite when she offered to take the plate away. Instead she walked off in a huff and left it there. WORST DATE EVER.“

“So, this place only gets stars for the server we had that night, other than that this place would get no stars because of management and having to send food back more than once. It's pretty simple I ordered the 20 ounce bone in ribeye cooked well done please no pink, Caesar salad, and a sweet potato. We had double boneless wings and fried pickles on the appetizer combo because they were out of potato skins. My steak came out pink still throughout, I let the server know when she returned, she took the steak back for the cook to "up-cook" the steak. The steak comes back to the table and she asked me to cut it to see if it is pink, I cut it in half, it appeared well, but as I went to continue cutting it was apparent that the steak was still pink, only done near the edges which I had consumed a couple of bites of, but just stopped once I cut the meat off the bone in sections to show the server was still not well done and still pink. She then goes to let the manager know and comes back saying that her manager would take off 5.00 and I told her that would not suffice because I paid almost 30.00 for a steak that I can't even eat. She goes back to talk to her manager, and sends the manager over and the manager states that she is charging me half because I ate half of the steak, I tried to explain to her that I had cut the meat off the bone just to show her it's still pink, she said that is what she is doing. I then get the check and it shows a ziosk charge and we never even had 1 on our table, I had to ask her to take it off. This manager is very snippy, lacks respect for customers, and needs help with customer service. They try to get over on you, most quality restaurants would have took the steak off the ticket altogether and charged for everything else, but not this one. I even said I could see me paying for the sweet potato and the salad, along with my guest's items but not the steak. I attached pictures of the steak, and my receipt so there are no lies told. This particular manager will be the reason for further bad reviews. I still tipped our server because some things were beyond her control and she did try, she just has a pitiful manager.“

“We have started becoming the new Friday karaoke regulars with DJ Scott and the entire vibe is fun, exciting , friendly, a great experience for groups that want to get out there and enjoy music and singing while having a nice dinner as well as a fabulous cocktail. The staff is very friendly and bubbly and even partakes in the karaoke fun. Come out and join the growing Friday night crowd with us. I promise it is worth it . We have been having a ball, and lots of laughs. Make sure someone in the group comes with a good song for everyone to rock out too. I love this place! “This was a horrible experience. Before we were seated, the young man told us they only had one cook, and told us we may not want to eat there. We decided to take the chance. There were only three other tables with people. After about 10 minutes, he came to the table and took our order. He brought us our drinks. And we sat in the booth for 1 hour, before our appetizer arrived. Approximately 30 minutes later our food arrived. One of our meals was the "Cali roasted turkey melt". It had two small pieces of turkey, two pieces of bacon, two cherry tomatoes, no avocado, no cheese, and no mayo. There was more bread than meat or cheese. And absolutely no avocado. They should look at the pictures in their menu , and at least get close to the image when they make the sandwich. The appetizers were cooled off enough that the mozzarella cheese sticks we're not melted. They were hard. The other meal was a breakfast meal. There was supposed to be biscuits and gravy. I received a biscuit that was cut in half, and fried on the grill to warm it up. It had either small pieces of onion, or small pieces of potato burned into the biscuit. We rejected the turkey sandwich meal, and took the breakfast meal to go. We were tired of sitting in a restaurant waiting. Also, this is a restaurant that serves its meals on stoneware. Why are we getting plastic cups with dipping sauce? The plastic cups are smaller than normal dipping cups, yet the price didn't change. There wasn't enough gravy to even cover the biscuits. And the dipping sauce for the appetizer wasn't enough. I'm sorry we even paid for the breakfast meal, it was flavorless. And the silverware was greasy. We will not be going back to IHOP.“
