“Dock 17 never disappoints with wonderful servers like Eve to guide you through the menu choices and beverage selections. For appetizers I love the Chipotle Queso dip and smoked Salmon Dip but today I tried the Smokehouse wings. Yum! The Boneless pork chop is one of my favorite entrees. Save room for a dessert which will be big enough to share. For chocolate lovers try the Brownie and for those who prefer no chocolate I love their Banana Pudding concoction. Oh, and tell Eve I sent you.“

Staff is usually very kind and helpful, and it makes a difference.
Parking lot is far cleaner and better managed than most fast food places.
A 180° curved mirror on the side of the Michael's wall would be helpful and safer for Cookout customers when cross traffic sporadically flies through the road leaving the drive-thru food window.
The 3 larger chicken strips and 2 chicken wraps with a drink for an $8 meal is awesome. Cajun is the right kind of hot. Cheerwine availability is unique and nice.“

“I was on the interstate and stopped through, when I entered they were busy but I didn’t mind, I was in the drive through line and despite the line it went through smooth. My food was fresh and enjoyed the ice cream“

“I don't normally review places, especially franchise businesses, but the girl dad behind the counter taking our orders tonight was an absolute blessing of a human being. My oldest daughter wanted to treat her sister to the SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Meal after she saved up enough money to do so. She has social anxiety and I've been trying to encourage her talk with cashiers and store employees when she's looking for something or ordering items to help her break out of that shell a little more. This man helped her feel so relaxed during the interaction that she cracked a smile several times and finished ordering both their meals without any trouble. She even approved any substitutions that were required due to them being out of the strawberry shortcake pie without any real hesitation. He even went a step further and included an extra pie and discount to make up for it and the missing toys. This is by far the best experience I've had at any Clarksville Burger King, let alone any Burger King in general. Both my daughters gave the meal a 9/10 for an overall rating of the Bikini Bottom Bundle. This will be the only BK we go to from now on if we order in Clarksville.“

“Wonderful customer service and food. Everything was fresh and hot. My burger was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and that was incredibly yummy. His only complaint was for it to be a tad warmer but the place was so busy I'm not going to complain. Ten out of ten. How did you all manage to keep the fries so warm? I've never been to a restaurant that had constantly warm fries 🍟“

“The table was sticky, the server didn't take our menus or plates. They charged us for add ONS that they didn't give. They didn't let us look over the receipt. Everything was either bland or over salted. The Mac and cheese is a bowl of noodles with milk. Never again They also gave both of us food poisoning. I've been here 5 times. I have never had a good experience. My husband will eat anything and even he refused to eat the food. And that's saying something. The waitress was rude and impatient. They're wasn't very many people there. Who cares if my husband took one extra bite when she offered to take the plate away. Instead she walked off in a huff and left it there. WORST DATE EVER.“
