This was my first time eating at Fazoli's the food was very good and filling service was great
Horrible service. Left food out of order. Called and told them was told come back and will give you fresh food and some breadsticks. Drive back to get the sandwich that had been sitting out nearly an hour. Management was just horrible. Should have given us a refund but said a breadstick was good enough. Definitely won’t be eating there for a while.
back in Hazard a few days and we stopped in. Good food but more then that I want to mention the crew at this location is great. We are in a time were people are no so friendly anymore. Can I tell you its refreshing to see hospitality in action at this location.Keep making the good food and good work here folks...

Fazoli's is a restaurant located near a gas station, which may initially deter visitors. However, there's plenty of parking available all around the building. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with great servers who have nice smiles. The food is excellent, always fresh and hot, with good quality similar to other Fazoli's locations. The ultimate sampler is amazing, and the breadsticks are great, too. The atmosphere is cozy, and the restaurant has a clean environment. The crew at this location is particularly impressive, showing hospitality and friendliness, making it a great place to satisfy hunger. The employees are very friendly and very well with kids, and the restaurant is lucky to have great employees like Noah Carver and Jozie who provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and create a great atmosphere.
