Day shift must operate differently then evening. Go during the day some of the best chicken I've eaten. In the evening dried out..tough..and they forget to put stuff in your order.
The strangest service I have had in a very long time. They were busy at the drive thru, handing out orders so the man up front wouldn't take my order until they were caught up. He did explain that to me beforehand, and I was ok with it since I was really wanting fried chicken. I'm not complaining about it because he did warn me that it would be a while, I'm simply saying this might happen to you so if they look really busy and you're in a rush, hit the drive thru.
