“This is my favorite restaurant on campus and one of my favorite pizza places ever. The only reason it's missing a star is because they sometimes take the thin crust to the extreme. And I mean sometimes it's so thin it feels like the pizza is gonna disintegrate when I pick it up. I feel like this has happened more often than not this semester, and today was especially bad. The crust on about 1/3 of my slice was as thin as the cheese.“

The sauces are all so good and the tofu and chickpeas are out of sight. I do not eat meat, but they do have a pretty good meatless option that is fulfilling and tasty. “I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

Got tomato soup and ginger molasses cake. Tomato soup was very sour and honestly barely tasted like tomatoes but the ginger molasses cake was so good and I'd probably go back just for it.

Pair your sandwich with a delicious side, broccoli cauliflower salad is my go to. They also stock beer and wine. Friendly staff. “Hard working staff, omelets made to order including egg white ones, you add 4 ingredients plus 1 meat (veggie burger, turkey bacon, bacon, sausage) for $15.99 which comes with 2 slices of toast and hash browns. Some meat like bacon is baked in the brick oven so it’s a nice added touch. Kind of pricey but the omelet was good and plenty to eat. The place is kept clean with someone always going around cleaning tables and clearing them. They have all kinds of drinks including Starbucks coffee. The view is beautiful right inside the Westin hotel ground floor lobby ish but it’s kind of chilly. I wish it were a bit warmer to enjoy my hot food bc it got cold fast. Other than the prices (to be expected inside a hotel) and the chilly atmosphere, it’s a great place and space and lots of space. And very nice staff.

“Today, a friend and I came to Dewey’s for lunch. The waiter came by to inform us that an error had been made in our order and that we would be given our meal for free. We had not even been waiting that long, but that level of customer service is VERY hard to find. Kudos to Dewey’s. We will be back many times!“

“Wow, where do I begin? I was there for lunch, and the garage doors were open which created a great atmosphere. The food was flat out amazing and so flavorful. The wings were also on point. I would not typically order wings from a taco joint, but after being advised they're great, we tried them and I can't disagree! Magnificent. And the sauce they serve is far from a conventional wing sauce, but it's delicious! I highly recommend this place in every aspect. Oh, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. This was our first visit to their Covington location and we had great interactions with multiple members of their waitstaff and manager throughout our meal. They even remade our pizza without prompt because it wasn’t up to their normal “standard” but was still great. We appreciate the extra steps they took to make our dinner service exceptional.“

“I get my salad every week at Lucky Dog, Murphy my dog is always welcome, they are good people. everything in my salad is always fresh and reasonably priced. The salads have a-lot of filling protein and flavor. If you eat downtown regularly you know a fresh salad with enough filling protein is hard to find for $7. Lucky Dog makes my everyday work life bearable. Also they sell the biggest fountain drink for the lowest price. and cheesecake. 🏆😉They have my loyalty“

“The service there was great. It was my first time at Goldstar and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the service. I want to say our servers name was Kathy, she was super nice, fun to talk with, and very attentive. I had the parmesan fries and they were great. Overall, would recommend a visit“

“First visit to a Jason's Deli and we were REALLY impressed. Basically priced the same as the competition in this space, but Jason's Deli blows the others out of the water. The quality is better than the other places even in their hay day. The first thing I laid my eyes on was their ham and it instantly reminded me of the off the bone ham we buy from our Amish friends. Everything we had was excellent, and that even includes the kid's pizza that our boys insisted on having instead of a sandwich. This visit included a spicy sicilian, caprese sandwich with salmon added to it, build-your-own ham sandwich, the pizza that the boys split, and cookies and brownies for dessert. I felt like we got a broad sampling of everything on the menu and we left talking about the next time we're going to visit. I have to keep pounding on the quality. Meats, breads, cheeses, veggies, desserts... everything was excellent. When we first heard of the Jason's Deli chain, a very high bar was set based on everything we were told. This location delivered 100%. You can have Jason's Deli or an inferior sandwich from anywhere else for the same price. This is where you want to go.

“Ordered a build your own bowl and the bowl was so loaded that the employee couldn't even put the cover on! Great value for sure. I love that they have so many options with high protein - tofu, beans, farro, quinoa, nuts, seeds, etc. And they have so many sauce options. Way better than Chipole!

The Caulisprouts were just about everyone’s favorite, but I got so many compliments on the pulled pork w/Tabasco slaw and the Greek wraps (it was a great vegetarian option)too!
