“When walking in the place to order they always greet with a smile, make sure that they have the right info and if part of rewards they want to make sure you get the rewards for each meal, highly recommend this location the food is always hot and fresh and they double check to make sure the order is correct, they always ask if you’d like to add something but never feels forced and they even recommend what there favorites are, I had a few deliveries to me too and again the food is hot, they make sure you get you meal on time if not even sooner but still fresh very welcoming inside too, you can tell they are about team work as everyone seems to work well together and helps each other out. Definitely will be getting my pizzas, pastas, and wings as the rewards program really gets you great deals. Thank you to the employees here for doing a fantastic job.“

“We visited here for a birthday party earlier today. The girl who waited on us was named Kaylee. She was fantastic. However there were 30+ of us and she was running the show alone. The kitchen mixed up our food and we had missing food. She was running 95% of the food to us and got ALL of our drinks by herself. She was the only server assigned to us and she did ALL the work. As a server myself for 10+ years that's absolutely ridiculous. I've always shared a party that large with another server and if for some reason I was on my own my coworkers helped me with drinks and helped run food. She had no team players except ONE time a young lady helped by bringing two appetizers to the table. A manager should always come see how service and food is before the party leaves and we didn't see a manager for the 3 hours we were there. Thank you to Kaylee for handling the party on her own, you were fantastic ma'am.“

“I called Roosters (Bardstown Rd) several months ago and spoke with Sierra to reserve a space to have a rehearsal dinner for 25-35 ppl. She was kind and helpful. When we arrived tonight, we were greeted by friendly people who were ready for our group. Our server, Marsha, was super! She listened to our requests, managed to keep our crazy group straight and did a phenomenal job of taking care of us all. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. A wonderful experience!! “So we order Pizza and get two pizzas. Our pizza were in the most unacceptable condition. They were smashed into the corner of the box. I ordered a well done cheese and it wasn't well done. On top of that after eating the pizza it made both my wife and I sick. Food poisoning is not fun. Ive never had an experience this bad. It's already bad enough that the pizza we usually get there is slimy and undercooked but this is enough to make me nor want to come back.“
