“My husband and I live closest to this Bristol on Hurstborne. We have been going on Thursdays from time-to-time, and we like to sit in the bar area. The bartender is wonderful, and she remembered our preferences after the first time she ever waited on us. She is super friendly and attentive, always ready to give us excellent service. She is the reason we come back. The food has always been perfect!“

“Salads are great, but the lemonade tasted spoiled. As if someone dumps new lemonade on top of the old. You CANNOT DO THAT, otherwise the new mixes with old and spoils the whole batch.“

“I have had several of the Middle Eastern menu items multiple times. Without a doubt it’s one of the best places here in Louisville. If not the best. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are healthy. I need to try some of the Italian dishes. The owner used to work in a top rated Italian restaurant for 17 years.“

“I’ve been a few times to Better Blend and I have to say the last time I went was to the Louisville location. It was by far my favorite, the staff were very friendly, and the menu items we tried were the best I have had yet!! The business was very clean, and it made me feel even better about picking the healthy food options we had ( I had the peanut butter Oreo for the first time and it really hit the spot!) I recommend if you are in the area and looking for a fresh crisp healthy choice stop by and give it a try!“

Large portions are in order and our favorites are the steak with bourbon glaze and salmon with a hot pepper sauce. Don’t forget to order their decadent desserts, even if you take it to go. “Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. This place more than exceeded my expectations of Ethiooian Coffee!!!! I will be visiting this place alot more.“

“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

“I love Mediterranean food. The Fat Lamb has some of the best I've ever had. The sauces were perfect and everything was cooked perfectly. Stuffed grape leaves, stuffed pita, truffle fries, and my favorite the artichokes. Chef says source is Egypt right now. I want to go back and work my way through the menu. We did 4 appetizers and brought some home--the appetizers are very generous portions. I had the house cocktail. It was different --not sure what the herb was in there but I'd do it again. They use alcohol in their cocktails (imagine that! When so many are watered-down.) This meal was a good value and so delicious!“

“We were celebrating a birthday, and our server was very celebratory with us which made it pleasant. One of the guests got the swordfish and said he can't wait to go back to get it again. There was the steak which was cooked perfectly and I understand the favorite there is the swordfish which I got and I enjoyed. It wasn't my best. We were pleasantly surprised that it was half-price wine night so we definitely took advantage of that. and our server really helped us understand what we were getting because we weren't familiar with French wines.  so glad I spent my birthday there.“
