“A big shout out to Independence Kroger. After the mad house it’s been everyone preparing for the winter storm, I was up that way around 9:00 tonight and really didn’t think they would be open, nothing was open anywhere except UDF. I went in to get a couple things and to see a couple friendly faces. Everyone was working so hard. The shelves were all stocked full. The store looked so clean and not a cart in the parking lot anywhere. Thanks to all you workers who was there in the middle of an ice storm and bitter temperatures. God Bless you all and I pray you make it home safely. You all deserve a raise.“

From beginning to end the professionalism from everyone was incredible. Kim is an absolute super star and made the process go so smoothly. Little Flour truly made my wedding cake so special and it was delicious as well! The decorations were gorgeous, and the extra effort they put into setting the cake up with the topper and macaroons at the reception hall was very appreciated. “I have been going to this location since I was a kid and the quality of the donuts never seemed to fail. Even after leaving for 10 years and coming back. I was afraid that maybe they wouldn't taste the same. But honestly, they are just as wonderful. The staff is phenomenal and it's a wonderful local place to go to. “The young lady waited with headphones was very rude, but the donuts make up for that being 3 hours away I pride myself on a expert donut tasting. The 2 we picked out were fantastic. We were close to columbus by the timebi had my cinnamon roll. And it was so darn delicious and soft and flavors were on point. The Bavarian cream was so fresh and different this is a must tey and definitely worth a drive. Will be back. Just work on your manners and this place would be gold star worthy!!“

“I placed an order for my daughter's birthday cake and they did an fantastic job. We found a picture of a cake my daughter wanted for her birthday and they were able to make it at an affordable price under $40. I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“I don't know how to change the star rating, but I give this bakery 5 stars !!!! I ordered a basketweave cake the morning before my daughter's birthday. My husband and daughters are cake people, me not so much. To me all cake taste like it's from a box. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best cake I have ever had. It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. It was so delicious and I will continue to order from this bakery. I have always bought other things (mainly their large pretzel sandwich and pretzels/bistro dip) but now I am their biggest cake fan!!!“

“I had a very positive experience with a Pharmacy Tech today. I went to pick up a prescription for my father. It turned out to be very expensive. She took the time to find a coupon to drastically reduce the price which is a huge help to him. My only regret is I didn’t get her name. I want her and Kroger to know how grateful me and my dad are for her help.“
