“They are a great family owned bakery! Even took my request for some butter tea cookies with a unique combo. They taste just as good as Servatii and they require you to mortgage your house. Support local and small business, thank you Steve Emerson and team!“
“This is a dandy little half Dunkin Donuts half Baskin Robbins in a little strip mall close to Buttermilk Pike. This location specializes in ice cream it seems so that's what I went with (besides ice cream.) I went with the most unique flavour I could find; Bubblegum. It was ultra sweet as you might expect with definite bubblegum flavour there. They also had small little jellybean like candies inside the ice cream to add even more bubblegum taste. I got the two scoops in a sugar cone to finish a very sugary but delicious dessert. Thumbs up.“

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.
The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.
I always feel welcome at this location.“

“This is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn't mess up the coffee and is consistent. Everywhere else seems like they're basically handing out $6 cups of creamer/milk. I come here and am always greeted with a smile, and they're polite.“

“The absolute best Dunkin’ in Northern KY!!! A.J., and Harry are always soooo nice, and they NEVER EVER GET MY COFFEE WRONG!!!! I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. Because if it weren’t for them, I couldn’t start my day the correct way!!!! Lol. Thank you both for being you, and for continuing to serve me proper drinks every single day, and for treating me with respect, and dignity, as if I were an OLD friend. “I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“

“I come here every single day and I love it so much. I love all the employees, most of them even know my order before I pull up. My only negative is I wish for the love of God you would please keep your whipped cream in the refrigerator! I get whipped topping on my coffee everyday, it's my sweet little treat to myself. But 90% of the time I can tell that the whipped cream can has been sitting on the counter for the majority of the day and it starts to separate and it gets an oily taste and starts to look like cottage cheese. Please fix this if anyone sees this! I absolutely love coming there. But I cannot stand when the whipped cream is like that. It is awful.“

“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.
Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“
