“Brought my son and his friend here to kill some time and let them have some fun. I had told the bartender (Katie) that I would let her know when we were done bc we were sitting outside but I didn’t want our stuff thrown away. We went to play and came back to our table being cleaned off. I let the server know we weren’t finished. She apologized and Katie remade our drinks and had a fresh batch of shrimp tacos made even though he only had one left. Not one employee we encountered had a bad attitude. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working even if they were stuck inside on this beautiful day. Thank you to this entire staff for giving me and the boys a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!!!“

“By far the best bar in the entire city. The staff are the nicest people you could ask for, they go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. The atmosphere is amazing, this is the only place in the city I’ll go to shoot pool hands down. Highly recommend checking out Maple Inn!“

“If you are into dive bars with the locals then Marma Dukes is the place for you. They have the cheapest drinks in town and the atmosphere is always a blast. Saturdays there is karaoke and it is more fun than you can imagine. This bar is a true to live CHEERS where the locals know everyone's name and it is a very homely place to chill have drinks, play pool, and even on Saturdays let loose your best impressions of famous musicians.“

“Came to watch volleyball and got my socks knocked off by the goat curry. When I got out of my ca, I was immediately hit by a wall of delicious food smells. Last time I was here, I guess I was too late for food. Never again will I be too late for food. The goat was supremely tender and the curry was mild enough for most folks. I got this with the rice and beans + veggies. Definitely coming back for the food.“

“A great little spot that looks a little hole in the wall but is far from scummy. This place has great drinks at great prices (tequila sunrise is 4.75) and the pour is good too. The food is bar food but is honestly really good. This place quickly became my go to bar especially since it's open till 4am. Plenty of pool tables, video slots, darts both machine and standard, corn hole boards and one video golf machine. Has a smoking patio with a fan out back and is honestly just a chill place. There's Texas holdem poker nights as well if you look up RCPL.

Parking: Shares a parking lot with a few other places on the strip but out front there is plenty of parking even if the bingo hall is packed.“

If going on the weekend, be aware there is live (loud) entertainment. Making conversation with your table really difficult if you are seated in that section. We were unaware, and should have asked for either the patio or the front section where it's more conducive for conversation“

“I have tried Indian food a couple times before (years ago), and did not like it. My husband loves Indian food, so we tried this restaurant for dinner. I cleaned my plate! Shrimp Tandoori was delicious, Naan, Tandoori Rito, Lamb Saag, Basmati Rice, Samosas, even the Chutney was wonderful, and let’s not forget Mango Lassi. The staff is also very friendly and attentive; we cannot wait to come back.“

“I came here with my daughter on a Saturday around 2pm. We were seated very quickly. Lots of tvs showing many different sports programs! David was our server. He was very attentive, nice, and patient as it was our first visit. He recommended the passion fruit marg (delicious!). My little one got a cheese pizza with apple sauce and lemonade. I got a small Tuscan chicken pizza. My little one said it was yummy and I agree! We had a great lunch and our food came out quickly without issue. For sure coming back! “I've been a patron of this bar for years, so it's difficult to give an objective review. Friday's and Saturdays, they have karaoke, and the bar rocks! During the week, it's more of a laid-back crowd. Lots of regulars playing pool and just sitting having conversations. They also have darts and a KY lottery machine if you like keno and such. For the time being, they have the "skills " games that the state will soon remove. The main bartenders have been there for years! That says a lot about the bar. The daytime regulars all know each other, making it a comfortable environment. The weekends get very busy at night, but Krista and her daughter Marissa handle the crowd with ease.Some of the favorite foods are pizza, wings, potato skins, brats, and burgers. Steve-o, cooks soups from time to time, like bean, chicken noodle, or chili. For St. Patty's Day, his cornbeef and cabbage rocks! Give More Shenanigans a try sometime. It's on Bardstown Road, two doors north of Breckenridge Lane, with lots of parking in the rear and easy in and outs to the streets.

“We celebrated our anniversary here yesterday with a delicious lunch. Our server, Amanda, was so friendly and helpful! Hubby had the cod and fried oysters and declared the oysters were the best he ever had. My shrimp basket was loaded with huge shrimp and the Cajun fries were very good. “Stopped here after a movie with some friends. It was an hour before closing so I expected worse but it wasn’t too bad. I took a risk with a 6 oz. sirloin (wasn’t entirely sure how good the steaks would be here since I’d never had a Chili’s steak) and it was actually pretty delicious. However this looked like the smallest 6 oz. sirloin I’d ever received in the many times I’ve ordered steak from other places in the past. I didn’t complain though and even tipped 22% at the end of my transaction. I would eat there again, except the dip trio I ordered didn’t leave me craving more. As a regular at authentic Mexican restaurants, this wasn’t the best queso I’ve ever had so would not recommend that. You can find much better alternatives elsewhere, so unless you’re not in a position to wait I’d pass the queso up. The guac I was served looked and even tasted good but taste wise, I’ve made it so much in the past that I’m a bit biased. I like mine better. This will get you by in a scrape though. It’s some of the better Tex-Mex guac I’ve tried. All in all my experience was positive.“
