“For my sons birthday, Jacob Withrow ,he wanted family to meet at the Village Anchor (10 of us ) We all have been raving over how good the food was after we left there yesterday. It all came out in a timely manner and done the way we asked , and Bravo to the chef. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic she was on to of everything and made sure we all were taken care of and happy . My husband is very picky when it comes to food and he was absolutely gives 10 stars to the Village Anchor. We all said we would make the 2 1/2 hour drive to eat there again. This was a great choice my son Jasob Withrow made. You did very well Village Anchor !!!! Peggy Hubbard, Somerset Ky.“

“We had another amazing dinner and evening at River House Restaurant & Raw Bar. As always our dining experience was 5 stars across the board. Fine food, great cocktails and wine list, flawless service and excellent atmosphere , place this hot spot at the top of every list. “I rarely leave reviews but today I am. I ate at Gus’s for the first time today and I must say it was amazing. The waitress was lovely, welcoming and attentive. Everything came out hot, the fried chicken wasn’t over breaded, it was perfect with the perfect amount of spice and reasonably priced. I give it an 11 out of 10 and I will definitely be going back on the regular.“

“Finally got to try the food yesterday! The owner is very friendly. The food was amazing! I got a variety to try. Chicken wings, big fried pork chop, tender ribs, Mac and cheese, yams and potato wedges. I will definitely be back!!“
“We tried the Chicken Salad BLT, one on the croissant with Fruity Fran and one on the wheatberry with Fancy Nancy. Both were delicious! Our side choices were the pasta salad and the broccoli salad, also both very good. Can't wait to try more!“

“Delicious grilled salmon on bed of seasoned rice with steamed broccoli and green beans accompanied by sweet fresh brewed iced tea. Meal was so tasty I almost returned the next night for repeat performance. Server was attentive, despite her having a large party demanding her attention. I almost asked her to marry me, but reason prevailed. My previous two visits to this Cheddar's were mediocre, but everything about this visit was excellent! Plus, a terrific value in taste, quality and quantity. I hope my next visit will be as terrific, as I hope your visit will also be!“

“Love their wings. I’ve driven 1 hour 15 minutes twice from Lexington over last 3 months to pick up wings.They were able to accommodate a 100 wing order same day on February 3, 2024. Had a party yesterday and now 10 more of buddies our fans of the wings. Appreciate y’all.“
