“Sofia’s is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve yet to get something I didn’t enjoy while here. Everything I’ve tried is amazing. Love a good burrito but the fajitas are top notch. Salsa is refreshing. Pico is delicious. Birria and barbacoa are to die for. The staff is absolutely the best. It’s our weekly date spot and I wouldn’t change it for anything.”

“I used Ernesto’s catering for rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter in laws wedding. Not only did they quote a couple dollars less per person than other local Mexican restaurants, but they also went out of their way to provide warmer trays and serving utensils. We had to pick up on a Friday night at 6pm, one of their busiest times for sure! The food was hot and delicious! Highly recommend for events as well as for usual, every day dining needs!”

“If you like Texas Roadhouse you'll LOVE this place. Similar vibes but higher quality food, and an awesome salad bar. The dinner rolls are just as good as Texas RH!We started going every Monday for dinner because they have a great special! Can't beat $15.99 for a 6oz steak, side, drink and unlimited salad bar! We even went one day when the parking lot was so full we had to park accross the street. There was still NO wait- they say us immediately! Our favorite restaurant (sorry Ernestos)”

“I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I’ve only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn’t sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a “dish” of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I’m not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and more!”

I left with nothing but positive things to say and memories of a fantastic day! 10/10 experience! Some guests we had are vegetarian and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids had something to eat. If you’re looking for a place to have your child’s birthday party, this is it!”
