“Sofia’s is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve yet to get something I didn’t enjoy while here. Everything I’ve tried is amazing. Love a good burrito but the fajitas are top notch. Salsa is refreshing. Pico is delicious. Birria and barbacoa are to die for. The staff is absolutely the best. It’s our weekly date spot and I wouldn’t change it for anything.“

“I used Ernesto’s catering for rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter in laws wedding. Not only did they quote a couple dollars less per person than other local Mexican restaurants, but they also went out of their way to provide warmer trays and serving utensils. We had to pick up on a Friday night at 6pm, one of their busiest times for sure! The food was hot and delicious! Highly recommend for events as well as for usual, every day dining needs!“

“I'm from San Diego (home of incredible, authentic Mexican food) and I've been struggling to find a good burrito for the past 3 years that I've lived in Louisville - not even joking. There are some chains I really enjoy such as Taco City and Bandidos, but it's not the same authentic taste I'm used to. I'm here to say I've FINALLY found my go-to Mexican food!!! Prices are very reasonable and the taste is authentic. It truly reminds me of home. This was the highlight of my weekend and I've been telling everybody who will listen. “First time I ate here and I’m glad I did. I got the Pineapple Express burrito and loved it. The sauce is kinda spicy, but with the sweetness of the pineapples in the pineapple salsa was the perfect balance. Also ordered the chips and queso for my son and I, it was good as well. Queso here is a little runnier than we prefer, but good overall! We ordered it for takeout and it was ready and on the pickup shelf with my name clearly displayed by the estimated time we were given. Love their pickup process because if you’re in a hurry, you don’t even have to speak to anyone and can just be in and out.“

“We had dinner here last night, family of 7. The service was awesome! Our server was Alesha, she took wonderful care of us. Topped off drinks without having to ask. Food was amazing! Hats off to the chef! We all took home leftovers, the portions were huge! The restaurant was very clean. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the restroom.
