“This was the cleanest and nicest looking Arby's I've ever been too.
The employees were extremely nice too, definitely the nicest at a fast food joint ever. I can't remember their names but both the cashier and one of the workers were out and about checking on customers and felt like they wanted to do a great job. This was on Saturday 5/30 around 1 p.m.
And the food was the best Arby's I've ever had. I wish I lived nearby“
“I went through the drive thru and ordered a Turkey, Bacon Ranch combo. Brandon was the person who waited on me. Wanted to let you know that he was very nice and gave I contact when he spoke. The station was K01, register 3 par. I would definitely recommend this place. Great job Brandon.“
“I really enjoyed going back to an Arby's. Since the other fast-food restaurants have gotten so expensive, it no longer seems like a decadent splurge to have a beef-n'-cheddar. The Richmond Road location will be a regular spot for me from now onwards!“

“We came when all the ice and snow was still hanging around. It looked like only 2 guys working. Not another person in the parking lot. The employees were so, so kind and our food was all hot, fresh, and correct! They could have had a bad attitude about working under the circumstances, but they were fantastic. Inside looked very clean also, but we were just in the drive thru.“

“Food was great as always the service was OK but could have been better they would not give me just a cup of ice I had to purchase a extra drink just to get more ice and the front of building was hot suggest the pickup line if u want roast beef“
“One of the best meals we've had in a long time. The kitchen clearly takes real pride in its craft. The hospitality here is warm and sincere. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. The whole team seemed genuinely happy to help. The lighting and decor set a lovely, relaxing mood. The value for the quality and care was outstanding. It's a wonderful spot for everything from a casual dinner to a special occasion. The flavors were bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. We can't recommend it highly enough.“
