I LOVE the the pretzels. But the last couple of times I've been there staff weren't wearing gloves when handling the food. And then on more occasions than one I've had coupons through the app and the cashier didn't know how apply the coupon and made it feel like it was my fault (this was a long while ago - it seems like they have high turnover, so I'm sure that employee isn't there anymore - but still).
It's soft delicious bread. It shouldn't be that hard. This kiosk at Fayette Mall is often crowded and under staffed. Today they had lots of people working but it still seemed disorganized and chaotic. Don't get me wrong, I ate my pretzel nuggets and enjoyed them but the customer service was sub-par.
