“During the 2026 ice storm Chili’s was about the only place open. They were extremely short staffed and this location’s manger (Reagan) was AMAZING. She had the all restaurant laughing, and happy. I think she was waiting tables, cooking, and a bartender all at the same time. Give that young woman a RAISE!!!“
“This Chili's is one of the best restaurants in Lexington. It has the friendliest staff. My server, Jessica, was a gem. She was very attentive, fast and pleasant. The facility is always clean. My food is always delivered in a timely manner and is accurate. It always tastes magnifico! Highly recommend!“
