SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Not a single person there seems to understand English whatsoever. Asked 3 people for a refill on drink for 20 minutes before I received. They are definitely going to be out of business soon
We waited over 30 minutes to order after we arrived. Then three different servers came and got our order waited almost an hour for our food when surrounding tables seated after us had already eaten and left. Ordered a soft serve Margarita it had an awful sour taste. One of the worst drinks I’ve ever tasted ,asked them to take it back and still charged. So disappointed in the service we received.
My family of 11 came here after a ceremony at UK. We are not from Lexington, however wanted to try out your restaurant due to seeing fb reels and other people’s fb experiences. We were expecting an upbeat, inviting atmosphere with amazing food and attentive service. Unfortunately our experience was just the opposite.
