KFC in Lexington

“This place was so magnificent! My food was all frying oil, not good first impression of USA.The line was very long and I had a exotic fruit snack with me on a very hot day. Many people rushed to me to get a piece, but I said "My food, not your business" and they all got away to shop for their own watermelon snack.Atmosphere was very great because I could play angry birds without being interrupted by young, annoying children.I suggest you pick chicken bucket and eat the chicken.“

“Drive thru speaker doesn't work, employees had to walk outside to tell me to order at window. Older building needs work.
Service was good.
Food was good.
Entrance and exit to and from traffic was a nightmare!!!!!!!“

“Going weekly for a while and each time the staff is extremely friendly and very personal. It’s so nice to go somewhere and have drive thru speak to you instead of handing you your order. Even when they’ve had to bring the food out to us while waiting still greeted with friendly chat. Thanks KFC Tates Creek for being extra friendly…“

“I placed an online order on Sunday originally at the Boardwalk location. Moments before pick up time my order was canceled. No explanation or anything even from the customer service line on what was going on. I called the store and no one answered at first and on my last attempt someone answered but hung up the phone. Greg, is the manager on Richmond Rd and he was wonderful! He made sure I had what I needed in a timely manner. The whole staff was excellent! I will only go to this location from now on!“
