“First time going to Applebee’s on Dixie Hwy. They had one waitress working, so the service was a bit slow. It wasn’t the waitress fault, at all. She did really well by herself. For the most part, the food was good. I wasn’t too fond of the Mac and cheese or mashed potatoes though. I’d say, try the wings. They were very good. Make sure you have patience with the waiters and waitresses. They do what they can.“
“I’ll like to personally think the waitress Harley W I believe is her name at the outer loop location. As it may not seemed like a pack house to me it was enough to where it was a lot to handle for just one waitress and on top of that an tough crowd of people was there running customers off but I stayed and noticed Harley did not once lose her cool she handled everything mature and professional. Harley done an amazing job waiting not only my table but at least 4-5 others too all by herself. The food was correct and amazing. Her communication skills were great and I recommend anyone who eats here to ask for Harley W. Thank you for the great service you did“
