The pizza was good, the service was atrocious.My husband and I are both former servers and give servers a lot of grace as we know what it's like but we waited for soooo long to get our food with no checking in or apology, we had to ask for everything, our pizza came before our kids meals, and then she forgot our salad, which typically should come out first. I'm a really tough critic when it comes to pizza and this place did not let me down. Somehow borromeos has avoided my radar for all the years I've lived In Louisville until recently and I'm glad I found it. The lasagna was honestly out of this world and as stated before the pizza was pretty spectacular. Picked up a pizza when I first moved here. It was next to a cigar shop, and their owner recommended it. For what is basically a bar and pizzeria they do a good pie. I’m a simple pepperoni man. In context to where it is, it’s. 5/5 stars, but in context to the best pizza I’ve had, it’s only 4/5 stars, but that saying a lot.
