The wife and I got the Cheesesteak and fries. The sandwich and fries were both really hot and fresh! Lemonade was great too!

Charleys Cheesesteaks is a great place to stop when craving a cheesesteak. The food is fresh and delicious, and the cheesesteaks are hot, packed with flavor, and the steak is cooked just right. The bacon cheesesteak combo and the old school cheesesteak combo with a strawberry lemonade are very good, and the fries are fresh cut and cooked in clean oil. The lemonade is very refreshing and tasted good. The milk shakes are perfect. The staff is friendly and polite, and the service is excellent. The employees make sure to ask if everything on each sandwich ordered is okay. The restaurant is clean and well organized, and the smell of fresh fries is noticeable upon walking in. Orders come out quickly and hot within a few minutes. All areas are above and beyond expectations, and it is the best food and service in Louisville lately. The rewards app is worth downloading, and customers will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!
