Ordered a pizza and stuffed cheese bread for pickup. Went to pick up, gave my name twice, said it would be about 5 mins, no problem. I was given an order that I assumed was mine because I was given a pizza box and a smaller box that I assumed had the cheese bread in it. Got home about 15 mins later to realize the order they had given me, was not mine, but was also for delivery. That order also included a 2 Liter for the person who ordered it. I’m from the country so i figured it’d take a bit longer than usual, boy was i wrong. I visit Louisville on rare occasions and finally ordered for my family while i was here. 1:56pm order placed. 2:40pm order in the oven. 2:50pm inspection. 4:15pm it’s finally delivered. Lukewarm, stiff, and badly cut. Advice to this location, don’t put everything on one delivery driver cause that was the reason it took so long.
