Dunkin' Donuts in Louisville

“This Dunkin’ Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly to me this morning. I was the first customer and walked in for a catering order and they made me fresh coffee and did not seem stressed that I put orders in for donuts after first opening. The store was clean and offer us plenty of seating. The large windows are a good place to see downtown Louisville and everything that it contains on the street corner thank you for all of your help. I will be back smiley face.“

“I literally come here 3 Times a week and the service is always top tier, I’m never waiting long for my items & the workers are super sweet ! Anyone who says otherwise please don’t believe them . This is the best location in Louisville Ky!“

“Had to update this review. This place is good. Still fast food type quality. Miss more of a selection of donuts. But understand why.
Clean bathroom. Hope the kids don't destroy it. They try to limit them hanging out.
Still think places should cook more of their food. But speed always wins.
This is more a corporate issue for sure. Got to make that money for the rich.“

“This is by far the best Dunkin in the city. They always get my coffee right. They take the time to make it right. Ill order something here and itll taste amazing and go to another dunkin thats way closer and itll be absolute trash. I live near 3 closer dunkins and go out of my way to get to this one. The staff are super friendly as well. If you havent had Dunkin before this is the one to go to.“

“I didn't know they were just a drive thru. Nothing wrong, I just like to go in and have coffee and donut. The menu seemed a bit short of selections, but donuts were good. Ordered the breakfast sandwiches, one sausage and side of bacon..bacon good but didn't know it was spiced a little to hot but cooked perfect. Service was good, food ok, atmosphere,not for me.“

“Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. Thank you, Shelbyville location. ???“

“This location is always so fast!! Seriously, this morning we pulled up to the drive-thru and I groaned a little bit because 3 other cars had just pulled up in front of us. Even so, we were through the line in under 5 minutes. Sure the headset lady seems a little impatient, but I’d rather have speed than super slow people who just don’t care. The lady at the window is always so pleasant.“
