Dunkin' Donuts in Louisville

“This Dunkin’ Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly to me this morning. I was the first customer and walked in for a catering order and they made me fresh coffee and did not seem stressed that I put orders in for donuts after first opening. The store was clean and offer us plenty of seating. The large windows are a good place to see downtown Louisville and everything that it contains on the street corner thank you for all of your help. I will be back smiley face.“

“I literally come here 3 Times a week and the service is always top tier, I’m never waiting long for my items & the workers are super sweet ! Anyone who says otherwise please don’t believe them . This is the best location in Louisville Ky!“

“Had to update this review. This place is good. Still fast food type quality. Miss more of a selection of donuts. But understand why.
Clean bathroom. Hope the kids don't destroy it. They try to limit them hanging out.
Still think places should cook more of their food. But speed always wins.
This is more a corporate issue for sure. Got to make that money for the rich.“

“I had came in April 28th on a Tuesday, I had ordered 2 large matches and a coffee chiller one of the workers who made my drink was a white girl with a hijab, she had difficulties making my drinks and was also carrying a attitude when I asked her if she can remake my drink for me because it was made wrong, she turned and rolled her eyes so there was another black young lady with a hijab also taking the front counter order it was 2 other people’s order she was taking along with preparing their orders she seen that I was complaining about my drink and that I wanted it remade in the way that I ordered it so she came and told me if I can just give her a second while she takes care of the people up front I told her no problem because she had a respectful attitude communication was on point, when she got done she came back asked me what was wrong with the drinks that were made i simply told her that the girl forgot whipping cream and also the pumps of French vanilla swirl, she told me no problem and that she’ll remake my drinks for me and that’s exactly what she did she made my drinks just the way I wanted it to be she didn’t mug me she calmly asked for my concerns and I told her and she solved it for me thank you to that young black lady.“

“This is by far the best Dunkin in the city. They always get my coffee right. They take the time to make it right. Ill order something here and itll taste amazing and go to another dunkin thats way closer and itll be absolute trash. I live near 3 closer dunkins and go out of my way to get to this one. The staff are super friendly as well. If you havent had Dunkin before this is the one to go to.“

“I didn't know they were just a drive thru. Nothing wrong, I just like to go in and have coffee and donut. The menu seemed a bit short of selections, but donuts were good. Ordered the breakfast sandwiches, one sausage and side of bacon..bacon good but didn't know it was spiced a little to hot but cooked perfect. Service was good, food ok, atmosphere,not for me.“

“My son and I stop by regularly to get a dozen for the family as a treat. The employees are always friendly and the donuts are always delicious. We're do happy that this location opened up in Lyndon. It's fast becoming a family favorite!“

“The young gentleman was very nice, however your cups aren't good because there shouldn't be a large space under the cup. If I want a medium sized cup I'd get one but if I want a extra large make it a extra large stop cheating people DUNKIN'“
