They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight!

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this
I love the Highlands location. And the one near Poplar Level. But the staff at St. Matthews/Chenoweth is RUDE! Will not be back.
