“Jimmy wasn't there, they said no one worked there by that name. John does work there but he was a no call no show so I'm not sure if he's legit ?But my turkey tom was on point. They made the sandwich so fast it gave me anxiety though.But for real, great quick sandwich spot ?“

“Very efficient use of time. Order in the app for easier and quicker service. This location if just like the others we have tried. The customer service was excellent. The food was ready when we arrived. This location is highly recommended! We will try the one on the other side of the convention center and report on it later.“

“We got into town late and wanted something fresher to eat than regular fast food. We ordered online a little after 9:30 pm. I always feel bad ordering so close to closing time. When we got there to pick it up it was 10-15 min before closing time. The staff was SO friendly and even thanked us for coming in! Food was good and crew even better!!“

“The food is pretty much standard when it comes to JJs. I usually come later at night when I get off work, so there is hardly ever any wait through the drive thru. The staff are relatively polite and quick with the food. Occasionally there is one employee who is very kind and friendly, which is always nice to have. I rated 4 stars because its kinda mid for fast food but you know what you’re getting“

“If I could rate my experience today with10 stars I would!! I wanna give a huge shout out to 2 really amazing employees today for going above and beyond to make sure I received my togo order. Olivia one of the managers and her sister Kaitlyn not only exceeded my expectations but went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied!! After uber was originally supposed to drop off my takeout order that never arrived, i called the store and Olivia made took amazing care of me. Im not the one to complain usually but dont mess with a pregnant lady and her food lol and a coincidence she was pregnant and completely understood where i was coming from. Thank you so much for everything!!!“

“I think my wife kept this JJ in profit during her pregnancy; their sandwiches always hit the spot. Shawn (sp?) and I had a friendly conversation tonight around 8pm after I noticed him prepping for the morning shifts' catering order. Great guy who cares about the customer and his team. This location has never disappointed. Keep it up!“

“Went to this jimmy johns location after being at another one that was a Awful experience so I drove to this one and the guy who took my order and made my sandwich was really nice and made my sandwich how I wanted it in the first place says on My receipt his name was Kevin not sure if it is or not but if it was he was very nice and helpful I appreciate it!“

“I went in and all the employees just standing around. They asked me 3 times if I was waiting on something ? they was having a blast but it was okay with me though I grabbed 5 free bags of chips and no one noticed nor said anything and now this is my favorite spot to come to. Btw every table had crumbs, but you can’t beat free “

“It's small, 3/4 of the store is work area and there is also a drive-thru located here which makes sense but as far as seating there's probably four tables at the most. I gave it four stars because the food was about on par with most of these locations, but with such a small store of the noise of the utensils and stuff banging around with so much you couldn't even talk to somebody sitting across the table from you.“

“Absolutely love coming into this store! Staff was very friendly and polite! Store was clean and tidy! Had many clean tables to choose from. Floors were very clean!! Staff did not cross contaminate from money to food as I have seen done in Etown KY location. My trips to Louisville will consist of stopping at this location from now on! “The food is always good from this location. Lunch time is always a little backed up because of the location but they are always working really hard to get everyone taken care of.

Parking: Lot is shared with a few other businesses. Hard to get in and out of“

“One of the employees was having a bad day and taking it out on the food. Slamming stuff cursing. All I could do is pray for the fella. The vibe in there was not comforting. If you hate your job then quit. There are other jobs. Negativity just like positivity goes a long way.“

“Just wanna say that this place seems to have turned things around. The team they have working now are polite and seem to be really on point, despite delivery times still not being freaky fast, but I guess with all the new menu items, things may not ever be as fast as they used to. I still appreciate order accuracy and the fact that the staff seem to go the extra mile to these days to get it right and to be welcoming and kind. Thanks, y'all! I appreciate you.“

“I don't know who that black guy is with the dreds is... but he totally understands the assignment! He makes my #9 to the T! And I like my sub with ALL the bread, OKAY!. Don't know when they started scooping out the center of the loaf, yuck! Too much meat w/o it, but he's on point. Don't want nobody else making my subs but him from now on. I like the rest of the staff, but this one here'a makes my subs just the way I like them... extra mayo and extra extra peppers. And honestly, I don't know what compelled me to write this review, maybe it's the fact that every bite was sooo flavorful, and everything wasn't slammed and clumped up in the middle with light mayonnaise. Who wants a double meat, light mayo, and 5 peppers... I can make that at home. The peppers make the the subtle. Maybe that's just me. But dude NEVER fails! Kudos to the guy with the dreads on 4th & Cardinal... The sandwich you made for me today made me hummm! FRFR! ????“
