“Jimmy wasn't there, they said no one worked there by that name. John does work there but he was a no call no show so I'm not sure if he's legit ?But my turkey tom was on point. They made the sandwich so fast it gave me anxiety though.But for real, great quick sandwich spot ?“

“Came here for lunch during the GAMA convention. Place was packed and employees looked very tired. They still had smiles and were polite. Even changed their gloves for an allergy special order! 5 stars and fully recommend this place when attending events!“

“If I could rate my experience today with10 stars I would!! I wanna give a huge shout out to 2 really amazing employees today for going above and beyond to make sure I received my togo order. Olivia one of the managers and her sister Kaitlyn not only exceeded my expectations but went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied!! After uber was originally supposed to drop off my takeout order that never arrived, i called the store and Olivia made took amazing care of me. Im not the one to complain usually but dont mess with a pregnant lady and her food lol and a coincidence she was pregnant and completely understood where i was coming from. “We got into town late and wanted something fresher to eat than regular fast food. We ordered online a little after 9:30 pm. I always feel bad ordering so close to closing time. When we got there to pick it up it was 10-15 min before closing time. The staff was SO friendly and even thanked us for coming in! Food was good and crew even better!!“

“Food was fantastic, and the service was amazing. We dined in and had an order to go also. He had the to go sandwich ready when we were finished and gave us a separate bag for our leftovers. Best atmosphere we’ve experienced in a long time.“

Shawn (sp?) and I had a friendly conversation tonight around 8pm after I noticed him prepping for the morning shifts' catering order. Great guy who cares about the customer and his team. “They are a great place to stop in and eat, whether you want a sandwich or a meal. They have a wonderful selection or sandwiches, wraps, desserts, chips, and drinks. The workers are always nice and friendly. I always enjoy going here anytime i can. Plenty of seating inside and out.“

“We've had great experiences with the staff here. My husband is immunocompromised from his fight with cancer. They always bring his sandwich out curbside and wait patiently as we put our mask on. Some fast food places get annoyed with us but their team members are always very kind to us about it.“

“It's small, 3/4 of the store is work area and there is also a drive-thru located here which makes sense but as far as seating there's probably four tables at the most. I gave it four stars because the food was about on par with most of these locations, but with such a small store of the noise of the utensils and stuff banging around with so much you couldn't even talk to somebody sitting across the table from you.“

“Took my daughter for our first time to Jimmy Johns (anywhere). Staff were friendly, food was great! There was a mistake with the charge to my card. The manager immediately brought it to my attention and made it right! Absolutely awesome experience!“

“This location is close to my work, so I order there quite often. My orders are always correct and fast, even with delivery during lunchtime. Employees have always been polite. However, it feels like an oven inside this restaurant. These employees desperately need their A/C fixed. Dining in is not a pleasant experience when it is so uncomfortably warm.“

“I went in and all the employees just standing around. They asked me 3 times if I was waiting on something ? they was having a blast but it was okay with me though I grabbed 5 free bags of chips and no one noticed nor said anything and now this is my favorite spot to come to. Btw every table had crumbs, but you can’t beat free “

“Was in there on Thursday of last week the food was great and most of the staff was extremely friendly however there was this one girl very petite she was pretty but her attitude stank she was not friendly at all standing there with her arms crossed very rude“

“My husband and I love this location, since there's been new management that started in January. Previous management was a rude lady who needed to brush up on customer service skills. I don't really have anything negative to say, other than they just don't cut the sandwiches in half when we've put it on the order, however, that could've been on me this time since I ordered a new sandwich. The manager was polite when explaining issues with delivery services and being unable to deliver my order, he offered me a credit to my account for the delivery fee, and offered to match it to the price of a sandwich (free sandwich with next visit). I like to call restaurants when they do good or bad, but I really feel like they did amazing on our order tonight. My husband was very happy with his sandwich, both of ours were LOADED, and that makes us very happy. Sooo much better than Subway. I don't even remember the last time I ate at Subway, we always just order from Jimmy John's! Presentation was great! Flavor was great! Can't wait to place my next order here.“
