How about treating your employees with respect and don’t make them pay for the theft of a customer. If a customer doesn’t pay call the police file a report and press charges, don’t expect your waiters to cover the cost. Do better, be a better human being. I don’t suggest supporting a restaurant that doesn’t treat their staff with the slightest amount of decency. I hope your restaurant fails because their management failed humanity.
