“Well i just rode a bike to the 22nd st location at 9:30 pm on 10/23/23 and ordered a large pep when i got all the way back home i opened it ro a sausage pizza that we literally hate an now i cant get an answer on the phone so im just documenting this for good measure when i return for my refund tomorrow i “
“Ordered a pizza on Sunday (12/8/24) and it was the best LC pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza was hot, toppings evenly distributed, and the crust was a good consistency. Even the crust on the ends was soft even after reheating. I’ll definitely come back.“
“On 4/26, I ordered slices and Stix along with crazy bread and garlic butter online. Garlic butter was not in the portal. Unfortunately, I had to wait forever for someone/anyone to assist. Food tasted very OFF. Service was not up to the usual standard.“
“First of all—if you’re tipping a barista or a bartender, you absolutely 💯 should be tipping ANY person who prepares your food. LC’s is no different.
A “tip” for anyone who frequents:
Give a smile, and a dollar or two when you go in, and your service will magically get better. Ask to put the tip on the card before they swipe it. Boom 💥 magic 🪄 they are JAZZED.
I worked in a LARGE pizza chain for 5+ years (a million years ago) and we REMEMBERED who tipped at the counter. The employees KNOW when they’re appreciated. If you can afford the pizza, you can afford the extra dollar. Dig it up in change—it all spends!
We HAD stopped frequenting bc of wrong orders. I have to be picky—can’t have much sauce, the seasonings upset my stomach… so I have to ask for them without. Well…we’ve done a total 180. We’ve eaten there (and gotten so much *CORRECTLY MADE!* bang for our buck!) recently and have even frozen the pizza to save it. *tip! Thaw before reheating in over/toaster oven! Everyone is always nice to us, bc WE ARE KIND TO THEM, and WE TIP EVERY TIME—and just an FYI—we could put notes in our system about each customer. Just a thought.💭
Treat others as you want to be treated, and you may end up with a 5 star experience like we get, every single time. ☕️
Also, don’t complain about the drive thru if it’s not fast food. THIS IS NOT FAST. It takes 7-9-10+ minutes— just depending, to make something. If it’s taking forever, it’s because they’re not made to have a drive thru. Just period. Cut them some slack!
Lastly, It’s legit become better and more consistent than PJ’s by it; can’t be sure they’re going to use old dough that’s been sitting on a rack, or if they’ll make a fresh pizza/ cheese sticks. Don’t have to wonder now!“
“I just wanna give a big kudos to the beautiful, friendly, well mannered and extremely professional young lady that was working the front counter this evening at the Valley station Dixie hwy location on 12/19/2024 around 5pm!! She may be the manager and if I heard correctly her name is Christina but I could be wrong about the name, However, She was extremely polite and very professional, my pizzas were done and in my hand super fast and they were hot and cooked exactly how I requested. Light sauce and well done. Perfect customer service, fantastic experience thanks to the pre mentioned young lady and my food tastes amazing!!!😄😄😄😄 Thank you for the fantastic service!! That young lady should be a manager or higher if she isn't already!!“
“The $6 lunch special is a hell of a deal, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. it's also not their standard around pizza, and might even be shareable. It comes with a 20 oz bottled drink. As far as atmosphere goes, it's your standard walk-in restaurant countertop order. Don't forget the packs of cookies for the kids, or yourself, if you enjoy them as I do!“

“Food is great at least when you get it at a certain time of the day, customer service is terrible. Bunch of teenagers with no manners (mind you I'm in my early 20s) and they take so long to get your order in especially when the lines get long and it gets crowded. Overall I appreciate the place being clean and them actually trying on the food but it would be nice for people there to be more compassionate towards their customers.“
“Omg the Crazy Bread at a lil Cesars we went to yesterday was the BEST we ever had! My boyfriend said the girl that made it hooked it up well! They were on point... 🔥! The Lil Cesars was near Fegenbush. Idk who you are but putting your customers taste buds first was wonderful service, you don't see enough caring employees now days as we should at places like this. “Ordered some pizza for a birthday party down the road. The pizzas were the best I’ve had from Caesars in awhile! I asked for some sauces thinking I could get some for the four pizzas and three 2 liters I ordered but the girl informed me you have to pay .60 for them. No biggie but I don’t get any. Store seemed a little unkept.“
