“Well i just rode a bike to the 22nd st location at 9:30 pm on 10/23/23 and ordered a large pep when i got all the way back home i opened it ro a sausage pizza that we literally hate an now i cant get an answer on the phone so im just documenting this for good measure when i return for my refund tomorrow i “
“Ordered a pizza on Sunday (12/8/24) and it was the best LC pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza was hot, toppings evenly distributed, and the crust was a good consistency. Even the crust on the ends was soft even after reheating. I’ll definitely come back.“
“The manager and employees saved the day! With very little notice after being let down miserably by a different pizza chain. This location stepped up to make sure Male HS Band kids received a good lunch and most important on time lunch. Thank you so much for helping us out. Manager went above and beyond to make sure his staff were on board.

“It's July 13th went in at around 12:30 -1 pm and I paid for extra toppings on my Italian cheese bread and usually they don't do it right and i don't know who made it this time but thank you so much it was so hot and fresh and was made just how I asked it to be plus I'm 15 weeks pregnant so that definitely satisfied my craving thank you to whoever made it ! You made my day lol“
“I just want to thank y'all for coming through for us! My sister is a teacher at Stuart Academy Middle School and she wanted a special treat for her kiddos today. Based on the information that she shared I called to see if a 1:30pm delivery was possible. However, my sister discovered that we needed to move the delivery time up to 11:30am and told me to change the time! In spite of the very quick turnaround, the staff at this location were kind, professional and extremely accommodating. Thank y'all for putting the smile on the faces of her well deserving students on their last day of school!!!“
“If you are a visitor to Louisville, especially downtown Louisville, you will understand what I mean when I state that if you're looking for something fast and easy, it's almost or virtually impossible to find especially the downtown area. So I opted to try the Little Caesars Pizza, which is just a few minutes away from downtown. I really wasn't expecting much other than me walking in, grabbing a pizza, and leaving. What I did not expect was the great customer service.The young man that took my order and handed me my pizza was extremely polite , very respectful and just really great customer service. I have quite a few customers in the Louisville Downtown/Airport area. So when I come back, I'm just going to make this my go to place, to grab something quick, easy and delicious.“

“Omg the Crazy Bread at a lil Cesars we went to yesterday was the BEST we ever had! My boyfriend said the girl that made it hooked it up well! They were on point... 🔥! The Lil Cesars was near Fegenbush. Idk who you are but putting your customers taste buds first was wonderful service, you don't see enough caring employees now days as we should at places like this. “Food is great at least when you get it at a certain time of the day, customer service is terrible. Bunch of teenagers with no manners (mind you I'm in my early 20s) and they take so long to get your order in especially when the lines get long and it gets crowded. Overall I appreciate the place being clean and them actually trying on the food but it would be nice for people there to be more compassionate towards their customers.“
“Ordered some pizza for a birthday party down the road. The pizzas were the best I’ve had from Caesars in awhile! I asked for some sauces thinking I could get some for the four pizzas and three 2 liters I ordered but the girl informed me you have to pay .60 for them. No biggie but I don’t get any. Store seemed a little unkept.“
