Panda Express in Louisville

“This place was awesome. This is literally only the 2nd time I've ever eaten Panda Express. The woman who helped us was very friendly with a great smile. She was very patient with me and my boys, even though they couldn't quite decide right away what they wanted. We even got a fresh batch of orange chicken. I'll be coming back.... the price was worth it.“

“We dine here frequently but they just released the new spicy bourbon chicken and it’s my new favorite item on the menu. I hope it stays on the menu. Again, dine here frequently and will be back. This is a very good American Chinese cuisine restaurant.“

“The food is good and the restaurant looks nice and is clean. But as of recent, they keep forgetting items in the food orders. Which most fast food restaurants in the area mess up. So double check your food before you leave. They are more than happy to compensate if they forget something, though so just let them know kindly. All in all though. Good Chinese food. I do love their rangoons/wontons.“

“Fast easy really good quick place to eat! Great customer service and the employees were nice and respectful! You don't find that often now day's! I'm happy there is one so close now.
My husband doesn't usually like Chinese but ended up liking their food which is also a plus. It's easy to get into and out of in regards to traffic. They have plenty of parking and looks to be wheelchair accessible. Food is a little more expensive but in my opinion if the food is good I don't mind paying for it. Keep that in mind then go enjoy your Chinese food.“

“My family & I stop here often for lunch and/or dinner on the weekends when we're not in the mood to go to a sit down restaurant that takes longer to eat. The food is really good is fresh and service is great. I'd recommend a bowl with orange chicken, fried rice and a side of cream cheese rangoons. Those are my favorite, but they have a lot of tasty dishes. The drive thru is super quick also.“

“I stopped by Panda Express after a friend recommended it, and I’m glad I gave it a try. The restaurant looked really clean and seemed pretty new.
My friend ordered the Cantonese BBQ Brisket, which is his favorite new menu item, and gave me some to try. It had a nice smoky, deep flavor that tasted like it had been cooked for a long time. I can see why he likes it.
For the side, you normally get one choice, and I was having a hard time deciding between the fried rice and chow mein. The employee offered to split it half and half, which was perfect.
One small thing I noticed was that I couldn’t find any chopsticks. There was only a container of forks next to the drink machine, and I didn’t see any knives or spoons either. It would be nice if the utensils were a little easier to find without having to ask.
Overall, a clean place with friendly service and some good food. I’ll probably stop by here for lunch from time to time.“
