listen to me - Planet of the Tapes is the greatest place in the known universe and it deserves your attention. it is the roadhouse from twin peaks come to life. they are building something truly special in Louisville and you should take one night out of your week to go to a trivia, comedy, or band show, or just to see a movie with friends. they even have some great non-alcoholic options and i don't think they get enough credit for their menu.
As a drummer for a band that’s had the pleasure of playing here a couple of times, I’d like to first emphasize how incredible the sound quality and stage setup is here. They’ll even play your favorite movie in the background during your set! Fantastic staff/service, plenty of parking space and live music venues/solo acts at a very reasonable price.
