I’ve never had to wait for carry out food as long as I did at the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. Service was absolutely awful. I’ll never return and I’ve heard the same from friends, secondly the App is horrible to deal with. I don’t understand how this location stays in business. I asked the manager about a Bogo order and was told they don’t honor the national add. Goodby to this place,
