It's an ok place to get coffee, but for some reason they told me a mocha frappuccino doesn't have coffee in it--after I ordered the drink. That doesn't seem right to me

The service was a bit slow for such a popular location. The coffee was very hot n fresh...because they has to make it fresh. And the woman honestly looked a bit aggravated that I said I'd wait for her to brew the fresh pot of one of their signature beans. The name escapes me at the moment but...when you are in customer service, such as her job entails...you will have those I.D.G.A.F days...n it's not something described to you when you do that kinda work.
