On a very early morning my local coffee shop wasn’t open but Starbucks was. Since there is only drive through due to the pandemic it was quick and easy. The coffee was hot and the service courteous. This is the one close to the UL football stadium that we usually go to after games. Well, not this year unfortunately.
I go to Starbucks maybe once every 6 months as a treat yo'self. Or when I forget to bring breakfast. Which is why I went yesterday to the Starbucks in Ekstrom Library on UofL's Belknap campus. I bought a plain bagel with cream cheese and a tall dark roast. The bagel was nothing to shout from the rooftops. Your basic, plain, toasted and sliced bagel. Same said for the cream cheese (minus the whole slicing part, that would get messy). They were out of dark roast so I got half dark...read full review

I went for my pregnant daughter craving the grande hot chocolate with caramel drizzle. I drove 45 minutes from my home to get it. The drive-thru is very frustrating, and the line is always long. I went into the store , placed my order, and waited over 10 minutes.
