Since Steak 'n Shake reopened without servers and real plates, it has actually gotten better. Kiosks are large and easy to use, food comes out in baskets and you can get your own refills without having to wait for someone to get it for you. Frisco Melt is still as tasty as ever and combo comes in a tiny bit cheaper than competitors. I would highly recommend!
Not sure if the young man working there today was the owner or just a great employee. Either way, he was great! Brought us out our lunch came back out and asked about experience/meal. Was prompt to clean the tables after customers left. Place was VERY clean and food and shake was great!5-stars for sure.
