“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.“

“I’m an old-school guy who believes in salt yes pepper yeah butter yes maybe a mushroom the other nonsense on my steaks no way! The menu had a reference to their coffee cured filet…ordered one for the table. It was the hit of the night. Enjoyed the sides. enjoyed the atmosphere. I definitely will be back!!“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.

Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.

I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.

“Very good food reasonably priced“

“I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. A big piece of my steak was not there.. Now, like I said, we normally have a great time there with no problems.My husband and I go maybe twice a week and we never have any problems , but on june seventeenth , we had this bad experience. But needless to say, we will return to Texas road.As we normally do and hopefully , we will have better experiences there. Texas roadhouse is One of our favorite restaurants“

“I came In Wednesday to order 2 steak meals to go. I didn’t expect the service that I would receive. As a caregiver for my parents these last few months have been hard because my father recently passed away. Waiting on my food I started talking to the worker’s. I don’t get out much but these workers made me happy that I stop here today. I stopped here because my mother loves the steaks here. I live 30 minutes away but it was worth the stop. Thinking about my parents I broke down in tears in cattlemen. The compassion that they showed me was priceless. I’ll never forget this day. Thank you to the worker’s. I had Azalea as my server. It wasn’t just her but 2 others who names I don’t remember. You never know what a person is going through so being kind could make someone’s day. They made mine plus the food was great.“

“Went today on Veterans day to get my free Veterans meal with my wife...we got there early knowing it would get busy as the day went on....Outback steakhouse Veterans meal was Amazing..I got the 6 oz sirloin steak with bake potato...salad and cheese cake dessert...Again...was perfect...I want to Thank all that was involved here from the several servers who waited on us...I really appreciate Outback steakhouse honoring us Veterans“

“Destiny W is a amazing waitress! She went above and beyond and took very good care of us! She noticed that I have some health problems and told me to keep fighting. She then told me that she understands. She shared her story and by the end we both had tears in our eyes. She made a big impact on me today. People need to be more like her. She is awesome. And I thank her so much. I tried to do a survey for her and couldn't do it. So I decided to do a review instead!“

“My wife and I brought our two daughters to Le Moo tonight to celebrate our youngest turning two tomorrow. We didn’t reserve a birthday table or expect anything special, but as we were leaving I politely asked the hostess if it would be possible to get two balloons for our kids. The hostess kindly grabbed two balloons and was about to hand them to me when her manager stopped her and told her she was not allowed to give them to my children. The hostess was clearly embarrassed and apologized. I told her it was no big deal and didn’t make a scene, but I’ll be honest — it was disappointing. As a business owner myself, I fully understand that you can’t accommodate every request, and policies exist for a reason. That said, after spending around $500 on dinner, and having two young children who were the only kids visibly in the restaurant, being denied two balloons — something that likely costs pennies — left a sour impression. My family has spent thousands of dollars at Le Moo over the years, and this was one of our more disappointing experiences. I do want to be very clear that our waitress, Kay, was absolutely fantastic. She provided excellent service and made the dining experience enjoyable up until that final interaction. I’m sharing this not to demand anything, but simply to provide feedback. Small gestures matter, especially when celebrating moments with young kids. Unfortunately, this was a miss for us tonight.“

“I took my grandson for dinner at TdB tonight. Again, everything from the salad bar, meats, and sautéed bananas were excellent. I felt like we ate our weight in Brazilian cheese bread! Our waiter, Marvin did a fantastic job keeping us well fed. He was very attentive to our wants and needs whether it was food or drink. I will request him to be our waiter again and recommend him to other diners looking for a great TdB experience. The gauchos also did great; bringing endless delicious meats to enjoy. TdB, you nailed it again tonight!!!“

“My boyfriend and I decided to start off the new year right and celebrate his birthday at the Ruth’s Chris in Louisville. Our server, Bryan was extremely personable, quirky, and attentive. This guy was seriously awesome with his recommendations as well as his attention to detail. We shared a wedge salad and spicy shrimp to start. Shrimp was amazing. We shared the porterhouse for 2 which was also delicious, especially the filet mignon. I do wish we both would’ve got the filet but we left feeling completely satisfied and not so full that we couldn’t walk out of the restaurant. There was a beautiful sunset that evening and access to a sky deck by the bar. I personally have not had quality dining service in a long time as a bartender myself so we appreciate Mr. Bryan for making our experience from Cincinnati worth while!“

“I was traveling across the US from California and I needed a good healthy meal to counter the crap food that I generally end up eating in order to knock out 600 miles/day. My waitress Brandie understood perfectly and she fixed me up with grilled salmon, sweet potato and a surprisingly fresh salad. The salmon was fresh and grilled the way I like it, and the sweet potato was the best damn baked sweet potato I've ever had! Maybe I was hungry, but I wished I would have dug deeper into how they bake a sweet potato. Thanks again Brandie, see you in 2-3 months on the return leg!“
