“Connors has been a longtime favorite of ours. Over the years, we have had several good meals here, with service that often went above and beyond. I know how hard restaurant work is, and I’ve always appreciated the care the staff put in. But our most recent experience left us disappointed. The service was unexpectedly inattentive. We ordered a nice bottle of wine, but our server never returned to refill our glasses. A French fry order was forgotten, and when we asked about it, things seemed to unravel. The server was visibly exasperated. A supervisor eventually stepped in, handled things professionally, and assigned a new server—but by then the mood had shifted. This wasn’t just any lunch—it was a farewell meal with a dear friend leaving town, and I’d hoped for a flawless experience. At over $230, I expected more attentive service. I don’t share this lightly. Connors has been a place we’ve enjoyed many times. But this visit left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. “We had the best experience! Came in on a whim while in town for our Anniversary. Our server Joc blew it out of the park with suggestions on drinks and food topped off with a nice little back story on the family history in distilling. The old fashioned was one of the best I have had at a restaurant. We had the calamari for an app and the extra spice from the clabrian chilli was an awesome touch. We shared the wedge salad which was an explosion of flavors, with a savory green goddess dressing and topped with fresh grape tomatoes a special type of blue cheese (I can't remember the name) The tuna my wife had had a perfect crust and was cooked to perfection (the best tuna she has ever had) I ordered the lamb which was out of this world perfectly seassoned and seared with fresh mint parsley and dill with a nice cool creamy sauce. We got to try a new dessert not on menu, a white and black cookie which pay's homage to the chef's home in new york. A fluffy cookie with a pop of lemon zest, topped with half white frosting and half chocolate served with a side car of their espresso martini made with their own whiskey for dipping. I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.

Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.

I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.

“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.“

“I came In Wednesday to order 2 steak meals to go. I didn’t expect the service that I would receive. As a caregiver for my parents these last few months have been hard because my father recently passed away. Waiting on my food I started talking to the worker’s. I don’t get out much but these workers made me happy that I stop here today. I stopped here because my mother loves the steaks here. I live 30 minutes away but it was worth the stop. Thinking about my parents I broke down in tears in cattlemen. The compassion that they showed me was priceless. I’ll never forget this day. Thank you to the worker’s. I had Azalea as my server. “I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. A big piece of my steak was not there.. Now, like I said, we normally have a great time there with no problems.My husband and I go maybe twice a week and we never have any problems , but on june seventeenth , we had this bad experience. But needless to say, we will return to Texas road.As we normally do and hopefully , we will have better experiences there. Texas roadhouse is One of our favorite restaurants“

The only thing I found to be odd was The dressing for the salad was placed underneath of the salad. My mother thought that strange as well. Other than that we had a great dining experience.“
