We went to Ramsi's and there was an hour and a half wait so we figured we would check The Joy Luck and we were seated immediately. It's a small place and you could miss it if you weren't looking for it, or parked in front of it looking for a backup restaurant. We started with the Pork Buns, which I've never had before and they were unusual but good.
