I am a major fan of Greek and Mediterranean food so the Build Your Own concept applied to this cuisine is pretty much a dream come true for me. You order at the counter and they make it as you go similar to Subway or Chipotle but with falafel and chickpeas instead of beans and rice. You can build a bowl or pita- we went with bowls. The Simple Greek has quickly become my husband and I's go to for a quick bite. Their spinach pie, dolmades, lentils and garlic green beans are some of our must haves every time. The staff is always friendly and happy to go the extra mile! Don't sleep on The Simple Greek!

Gyro meat is good, the sponicopita is great! I love that they have kalamata olives too! Being from Chicago, I'd pay about 7 to 9 bucks for the portion I get for 17 bucks here. Overall I enjoy the food! So 5 stars for the food and 3 stars for price.
