“My favorite place in Louisville. Their pho is amazing!! The broth is perfect. My boyfriend and I loved it so much, we would order it weekly! I order the brisket pho with poached egg but you can’t go wrong!“

“Food still taste great as ever, but if you order pho, any particular soup, make sure to tell them you want the vegetables/herbs on the side because now they put it all inside the soup. I have no problem with it though, the more vegetables and herbs, the better but my husband didn't like it. He didn't want to ask for a new bowl, so he picked them out. They no longer offer free water, so make sure you order a drink at the beginning. They also no longer leave napkins at the table either. I don't know why. I really like this restaurant however I feel it has gone down after covid. The air conditioner was probably broken on the day my family and I went because it was pretty stuffy.“

“A hole in the wall kind of vibe that makes you feel like you are in a tiny town in Vietnam. The ambiance is small but very flavor-full. My girlfriend and I started with dumplings which were so soft and melted in your mouth. After the starter I had the stir noodle with chicken which were very tender yet slightly chewy. Isaac took care of us and he was very friendly and helpful about places to visit around the city of Louisville“

“When I’m in the Louisville area and get hungry, Annie’s is the only place I want to eat. I’ve been eating the same thing for 10 years and will never get tired of seeing Annie or eating her food. 10/10☺️🇺🇸“

“Their staff and food are great! The pho here has well cut and perfectly cooked portions. Their Banh Mi is another must-have. It is my favorite sandwich in Louisville, which I think says a lot. Its medley of well marinated pork, plentiful vegetables, sauce and bun is fun to eat, and healthy to boot! It's also fun to indulge in dessert, and they have you covered with rich and flavorful options! Their cheesecake and oreo truffles are highly recommended. Thanks to their delicious food and friendly staff, I feel rejuvenated and content whenever I eat at Pho Ba Luu.“

“My mother and I stopped in today and right away we noticed how great it smelled. The service was friendly and prompt. There were so many options that we weren't quite sure what to choose, but the red chicken curry was particularly amazing and we can't wait to try more! If you're in the area for lunch, definitely stop in for the lunch special. No cocktails this time, but after watching them being mixed, I can't wait to try one as they looked refreshing and tasty!“

“Pleasantly surprised by the quality. Typically boba type drink establishments are hit or miss for me and my husband but this is absolutely a place we will be frequenting. Also, they have the traditional Vietnamese 3 color dessert that is very difficult to find locally. My Husband loved it. The drinks are as good as the photos appear which again is almost never the case. Can't wait to try another drink soon.
Parking: Being in a Kroger shopping center there is more than enough parking no matter how busy it gets.
Kid-friendliness: They have a TV that was playing Jurassic Park so that may be something enjoyable for you and your kids while waiting or finishing up.“

“The food is really good mostly because of the sauces they use It's very typical of what you might find in a Chinese restaurant with a little spin on sauces or some things.... as with every restaurant these days they're shorting you on the meat whether it's chicken or beef and giving you lots of rice... pretty expensive for carry out and expect an expected/mandatory gratuity/tip even for carry out...“

“It was our second time going we drove from indiana. The cuts of meat are horrible. My boyfriend could only eat a few bites of his food last night because the meat was SO fatty he even asked the girl to leave out the tendon he would pay whatever it costs but did not want that in his food but I the pho was full of tendon cuts and full of fat. I had the honey Siracha chicken(b8) the taste was 11/10 but the chicken was sooooo dry and over cooked I couldn’t finish it my jaw was starting to hurt. I will say the first time the staff was more pleasant but the second time we came the place was hands down 100% cleaner then it was the first time so I’m not sure if we just keep catching this place at a bad time but so far I have not had a great experience.“
