I am currently sitting in the drive thru. I placed a mobile order for carry out 10 nuggets no sauce.
Get to the location and the door is locked the lobby is closed… then don’t have card out as an option on the app!

Woman was rude. Didn’t see her name tag but she works nights all the time. She was beyond rude wasn’t friendly and didn’t answer any of my questions regarding on what I ordered because she couldn’t hear me over intercom while placing my food. When I got my food my frosty was completely melted. She had a bad attitude and I felt completely insulted. Worst customer service I ever had. Same girl and she’s rude every time I come.
