They had the food we ordered, but the free style drink dispenser inside the dinning area was out of half the beverage options and the bathrooms needed a lot of attention.
Food was fine, definitely waited awhile but upon parking in the lit-the door was locked at 12:47pm, during lunch hours so that made no sense. Bathrooms were horrible and completely dirty/unattended. Tobacco in the toilets, not even flushed in the woman's or men's. Soda station had less than 50% of the options available, and the floors were so sticky that my shoes sounded like I had velcro on the bottom. This particular location has gone way downhill. Tried to go there today and the dine-in area was closed - on a Saturday midday. This location has been notorious for errors as well. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to step it up. Lost revenue everywhere. I'm typing this in the chic-fil-a drive through. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I really do like Wendy's food.
