This Wendys location over the last month has transitioned to not allowing mobile orders to go through the drive thru, they tell you that you must pickup inside, regardless of the way you placed the order. They also ignore walk-ins repeatedly, watched 2 people leave even today without being able to place an order, they were ignored at the counter and walked out. Something changed at this location, and it’s bad for business.
Took our online order and didn’t give us the food.
Food was a mess rapper and bun covered in ketchup, extremely rude workers, got mad when I complained abt the mess they gave me. The restaurant is never clean
