White Castle offers a dining experience with varying opinions. Some customers have experienced slow service and unappetizing food, with hamburgers that tasted unusual, possibly due to thawing before cooking. However, others have praised the restaurant for its fresh and hot food, as well as commendable service from employees like Romeo, who is noted for his politeness and positive energy. The location is also recognized for its efficiency and professionalism. Overall, the experience seems to depend on the individual visit.
