“We went to Cracker Barrel on our way home from Kentucky Lake in Madisonville, Kentucky. We were seated promptly and had a waitress check on us without a long wait. Our waitress name was Kassie. She was very nice, very efficient, and did an amazing job serving us. All of our food came out without a long wait and was hot and fresh. The decor was the same as we’ve always remembered and made us feel very much, At Home. I have nothing but praise for this location of Cracker Barrel and for our waitress. We even had a lot of food to take home. The biscuits were as good as we remembered. Everything we had was great. Great job Cracker Barrel.“

“The staff was so wonderful for our last minute change of dinner plans and the food was delicious! We were there late and they never made us feel rushed, drinks were constantly full and we adore their water service. Our super picky 7 year old asked what a Chef's Burger was on the kid's menu and I told him a burger made by the chef. His eyes got big and he said I want that. He declared it the best burger ever and said he was slipping into a food coma for the first time. haha! Thank you all for a great late evening!“

“We dine at Oasis in Madisonville at 10+ times a year. This past week we met our daughter there for lunch. She has a gluten allergy, no bread. The waitress put that on order. When the plate came out it had a roll on the plate and we sent it back and asked the burger be replaced. A lady brought the same food on a different plate and said that the bread never touched the burger. I’m guessing that she was not aware of what happens when people have a Gluten have a reaction. If you have allergies just be careful if you dine here. If you don’t have allergies the food and service is good.“

“Recently visited this Denny's in Madisonville KY for a light dinner on a Sunday late afternoon. There was no wait and we were seated right away.
As we perused the menu and one of us was thinking a patty melt sounded good, but did not see it on the menu. We asked our server if it would be possible to order such a plate. The answer was yes, they could make one up in the kitchen. So we landed on an ultimate omelette with hash browns and a Diner Classic Patty Melt with fries. The prices were decent and the food was tasty! Thanks to the kitchen and servers for accommodating our request!“
