“I have no problem with getting carry-out. I just order off the app. Delivery; however, was a nightmare. It was raining hard and I was out of food. App GPS was all over the place, and I waited for over almost an hour before I called the store. The driver finally came and went to the closed barber shop next door while my kitchen and porch lights were on and I was waving my hand. I did get a free pizza out of it though. Also, the delivery charge was $5.99. I paid about $25 when normally I get the five topping for around $13. It's a carry-out coupon.“

“Ordered a medium white sauce extra cheese pizza. Got a small with no white sauce or extra cheese. way too much crust. Called them they said they would give me credit. They called back and said I was wrong. The guy said he cut the pizza himself and it was right. He said he must have put it in the wrong box. A medium won't fit in a small box. Owner said they would look into it and contact me. Never happened“

“The rudest place ever! My husband picked up a mobile order and the lady at the window was rude rude rude. She hates her life therefore everyone should. My husband was in uniform or she would have got a mouthful! We will not go back!“

“Me and my family eat here regularly. It's good for those nights when you don't want to cook, and you want something inexpensive. Don't expect it to taste like a five star restaurant, but it's really good for a quick bite.“

“I had placed an order for a pizza to be delivered. Unfortunately Pizza Hut uses Door Dash. The Dasher accepted the delivery but never showed up. I picked it up and had just asked for the tip and delivery fee to be refunded. They refunded The whole price. That was more than I expected and greatly appreciate it.“

“As an out of towner with Kentucky roots (mom grew up there and every summer was spent there) this was a fun experience for my New York born kids to finally eat *real Kentucky fried chicken*. While it took nearly 45 minutes to prepare the food, it wasn't their fault so we toured the stores next door and went collected our purchase and went home to eat. The kids were impressed! It is in fact much better when prepared in the south!“
