“The store was decently clean, and business was steady. I gave a low service rating due to my order being wrong twice. Ordered livers for my mom and a 2 piece all white original recipe for myself. Got all the way home to find a leg and thigh in my dinner. I took it back and asked for what I ordered. Went to turn off my car after being told it would be 4 minutes for original and came back in to find my dinner being packed. Took it home opened the box and its crispy... KFC Why have a menu if your going to give me what you want to??
