“This McDonald's has consistently been the highest quality McDonald's in the area for the past few years. Every time I go there I always get exactly what I ordered and the staff are usually very friendly. Of course you must consider that this review is based solely on the service of this location as all McDonald's have the same taste more or less. This location, however, has always prepared my meal to high McDonald's standards... As high as they can get at least lol.“

“The service was top notch. The young man was very polite and the establishment was clean. I will definitely return to this location. For the most part the food was top notch. ? This visit to a subway was probably by far one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a while. Customer service still has a way to go to be back at what it once was.

“Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and to my surprise it had red sauce on it. Which is not done where I live about 45 mins north. Up here they just toss a glob of beef on a bun and throw a dab of cheddar on it. So I was pleasantly surprised to actually get a decent Beef and Cheddar sandwich.

Dang thing was good too.

I did rate the atmosphere of this place at a 4. And I did a 4star rating and not lower because I feel it's out of the stores hands, but some weird dude stared at me the whole time I wad sitting in my van stuffing this Beef and Cheddar down my face. I was getting busy too with this sandwich ?. So it was awkward.

At first I thought " oh great, a bum that wants to make eye contact with me so he can ask me for a dollar when I go to through my food bag away"......

But the more It went on .... I think maybe he just was staring at me because I was making live to this Beef and Cheddar sandwich man. At any rate.... it was good bro. Dude was weird.

“The store was very clean and the employees greeted up happily when we came in. They were very prompt and came right away to take out order. They returned Ed quickly with our food and the food was so good. Last we has piece of chocolate cheese cake that was out of this world. Over all it was a very nice visit and the food was better than we were expecting.“

“I mean it when I say the cleanest restaurant in the city. The employees were hustling. Dining room was clean. They were very friendly, efficient, polite and engaged. Food came out hot and fast and exactly as we ordered it. They were sweeping and mopping the dining room and it was spotless. A manager was hustling in the back- and it was clear the employees and staff were meeting her energy. Teamwork at its best. Another manager was completing an interview. Their multitasking skills here are on point! Keep up the great atmosphere and work! It doesn’t go unseen. Greatly appreciated.

“I used to be a Wendy's superfan. Nothing wrong with service. The two ladies I encountered where great. I walked into the restaurant and looked at the menu, and nothing looked appealing. The whole menu now looks, meh. So, I ordered my regular standby Dave's triple, which is now $9!! It pained me too much to spend anymore.“

“In this day and age, it is rare to find a fast food restaurant that provides great service and great food at a great price much less do so on a consistent basis. My wife and I recently began dining at the Frankfort Captain D's Versailles Road location and I can not adequately describe just how fantastic our dining experiences have been here. When we find a restaurant that excels in all areas like Staxx (Frankfort), Raising Canes (Nicholasville) and every Chic-fil-a location, we can't wait to sing its praises and look forward to returning. This Captain D's is just that great. The food is always cooked hot and fresh to order, served at your table on actual plates in a spotless restaurant that plays great music. I really can not say enough good things. We drive past another Captain D's that is ten minutes closer to get to this location and will continue to do so. It really feels live a 5-star experience and should probably win the award for best Captain D's in America!“

“Amazing location with amazing employees! The people at this Subway work so diligently and provide the best customer satisfaction. I come here so often, that they've memorized my order by heart and I'm out of there in 2 mins. Food is always so fresh, too!“

“Though, I was dissatisfied on my most recent visit, that the store did not have sodas or even ice for tea. To me, that is not an issue on the staff onsite. They were all doing the best they could. In fact, when I arrived at the window after I am sure they were berated by several customers before me, the associate at the drive through was still polite and doing all he could. In fact, I was a problem at that point as I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I asked about paying online etc. which they were not sure and then I mentioned google pay. They were very patient with me and let me get my phone lined up and they held the payment processor out the window and it scanned my phone. There was indeed a taco bell fail on that day but there was also great customer service. This site consistently seems to have good staff.“
