“The girl taking orders was too busy laughing about something going on inside the restaurant to take our order. She even cut my Mom off to tell her the total before my Mom had finished ordering, just so she could get back to her conversation.The boy mixing the Blizzard's was visibly upset about something. He was cursing and yelling at the girl working the window. He didn't clean off the mixer between Blizzard's so I ended up with Oreo pieces in my Reese Cup pie Blizzard. I do not recommend that combination.My Step Dad didn't get any extra Oreo in his, and my nephew ended up with 5 times the regular amount of Oreo in his. It was all Oreo and no ice cream. I assume this happened because the girl told him that the first Oreo Blizzard was supposed to have extra, so he added all of it to the next one.The staff is usually a lot more polite and professional than this.“

“This place is amazing. Only open Saturday and Sunday but they are packed on those days. You know it’s good when you’re willing to wait in a line of 10 people. They continued making drinks after close to make sure they accepted all customers. When I left there were still 13 people in line for drinks!! It is a MUST TRY in Madison!Vegetarian options: The menus are huge. “I stopped in and saw on the board 'sodas'. I loved chocolate soda as a kid. The owner admitted he had never made one so he looked it up and made it for me. He asked how it was made, if it was good. I said needed more chocolate. He was glad he learned how to make one since I was a 'first'. He then gave it to me at no cost- what great customer service. People coming in all the time. Stop here for sure“

“My mom and I had lunch inside today. Everything was great. We left and shopped then came back thru the drive thru and ordered the flavor of the day concrete mixers. We waited and waited they finally came out and said they were out of that flavor. My mom ordered a different flavor and I ask for my money back. So here we are waiting and waiting again. They finally came out with my money and for my mom the flavor of the day that they said they were out of. I was so confused.? They also could of offered us a free mixer on our next visit after we had waited for such a long time but no such luck.“

“I just went thru the drive thru hoping to snag me an 85 cent small blizzard but my app wasn't working. The owner told me to pull around and he helped me with the app. The app had other plans unfortunately and it wouldn't show up in my deals box. The owner was very kind and just gave me my pumpkin pie blizzard for .85! I feel horrible I didn't even have cash to pay because I planned on linking my card to the app but he did not mind, served me with a smile, was kind and understanding! I have been going to this DQ for a long time and although it sometimes has its faults (that's what happens when your store is prime spot for teens who want their first jobs) it still is a great place, a very clean and comfortable place to have a delicious treat!
