“The ice cream here is awesome. Every flavor i tried was nice and creamy and didnt have no artificial flavor to it. They have many flavors to choose from and you can have it any way you want it. If you want a shake, sundae, or cone, you got it. The banana pudding ice cream was a hit for my kids and i really enjoyed the cheesecake ice cream. The price for 3 sundaes here was cheaper here than at DQ and definitely got more for the bucks. We will definitely be back soon.“

“Ice cream was good. I think there needs to be a better menu, and then one small thing would be if a customer comes in, try and be a little more welcoming. (THEY WERE NOT RUDE) just didn't feel like I was being given much of a service. I mentioned I had never been there before and I didn't know what was good and they kinda just stared at me. Again, not rude, I think just young and doesn't know customer service very well. Meant only to be as a room for improvement, not to hurt this business. I will try again for sure!!!“

The staff member who began to serve me was obviously a new associate learning their position (Nick). Another associate barged him out of the way and took over, obviously I wasn't impressed by this, Nick was doing ok before being rudely barged out of the way by another associate.“

“First of all, we are not even sweets eaters. But, after our recent trip to Italy for the first time, we have been longing for authentic gelato. Stopped in tonight to get some to go, honestly was trying to keep my hopes reasonable. Bought mint choc chip, salted caramel and orange creamsicle. Tried two and oh my!!! The creamy texture and flavors took us right back! Love this place and will return!“

“I’ve started come up here multiple times a week as of lately and they have been nothing, but amazing. They don’t just randomly start “yelling” at you for no reason. I’ve played around the courts with my daughters in between games and they didn’t get mad. They just said, “Hey we’re about to start a new game.” So we were respectful and walked off the courts. Great place to go in Jtown! Come down and see for yourself how awesome this place is!“

The ice cream with strawberry syrup was special, and I thought that topping must have been made with a special recipe. This place is the best, unlike other Red Mango locations.“

“Cookie dough with cookie in it. The girl behind the counter added chocolate chips that I didn’t want and immediately corrected it. It was soooooooo good. I will recommend the small. I got the regular size and it was too much. I love sweets, but it was like getting extra icing on wedding cake… it’s just too much. Highly recommend. Regular is the same cost as a small Blizzard at Dairy Queen… cold stone is much better!
Parking: Lots of good places in this shopping mall… so if Qdoba or McAlisters are busy… hard to park. You can park at Wendy’s.“

“I have been coming here for several years. Great staff and friendly family type atmosphere. The food is always well prepared and hot. I come here multiple times a week for breakfast. Without a doubt, the best Dairy Queen in Louisville by a pretty wide margin. Thanks to Bill and all of his amazing employees.“
