“Sadly my experience should have been a good one. The girl working the counter was sweet and pleasant . The restaurant was a little busy I was in line waiting to have my order taken . The cashier stopped what she was doing to take selfies with her friends who had just arrived. While I get that kids like to do that kind of thing nowadays this was not the time for it. Besides myself at least 3 customers where behind me waiting. I hope management addresses the inappropriateness of this behavior.“

“The ice cream here is awesome. Every flavor i tried was nice and creamy and didnt have no artificial flavor to it. They have many flavors to choose from and you can have it any way you want it. If you want a shake, sundae, or cone, you got it. The banana pudding ice cream was a hit for my kids and i really enjoyed the cheesecake ice cream. The price for 3 sundaes here was cheaper here than at DQ and definitely got more for the bucks. We will definitely be back soon.“

“I’ve started come up here multiple times a week as of lately and they have been nothing, but amazing. They don’t just randomly start “yelling” at you for no reason. I’ve played around the courts with my daughters in between games and they didn’t get mad. They just said, “Hey we’re about to start a new game.” So we were respectful and walked off the courts. “This is an edit to my previous review. I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger with two patties and a strawberry sundae. Both were phenomenal. I ate the Sunday first. I ordered it through the app and it was literally brought out as soon as I pulled to the waiting area. Hot, fresh and delicious.

For fast food, this place is pretty much my favorite. Everything I order is always tasty and fresh. Today I ordered the Reuben with a three piece side of butterfly shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for and tasted wonderful. This Culver's is close to my house and they never do the wrong.“

As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version. While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. Nevertheless, Culver's provided a satisfying and enjoyable experience on my journey.“
